My passionate fields of research are self-knowledge and resource-oriented self-leadership. They run like a thread through my life. As a trained actress, I learned basic things about people and their behaviour in certain situations. What I originally learned for the stage and for film I now apply as a coach, trainer and lecturer.
My curiosity and my desire to experience my own life in diversity led me to reorientate myself professionally and become self-employed as an entrepreneur. In 2006, I founded the socialbeauty concept "Fussbadcafé", which made a name for itself in Berlin's trendy Mitte-Prenzlauer Berg district as an innovative and highly frequented concept store for beauty and holistic health. I was fascinated by the strongly interwoven themes of business development, marketing, business management and sales of my own brand - all the way to the management of my employees. I realised how easy and useful the tools I had acquired as an actress could be used - especially the essential superpower: communication.
